Allan Pendal, Chairman, Director since 2003 & a member of the Credit Committee.

Mr Pendal is 51 years old He is a partner in a local real estate business and a State Councillor of the Real Estate Institute of W.A. Mr.Pendal is also a Director of Healthguard Health Benefits Fund Ltd.

Ashton George, Director since 1998 & a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr George was appointed a director in October 1998 and is a member of the Audit Committee. He is 39 years old and is an Associate of the National Insurance Brokers Association.

Mr George currently manages the Regional Office for an Insurance Broking firm.

				William (Bill) McKenzie, Director since 1996 & Chairman of the Credit Committee. Mr McKenzie is past Vice President of the Kalgoorlie - Boulder Chamber of Commerce & Industry Inc., having previously served as President. Mr. McKenzie is in partnership with his wife in a local law firm. Mr.McKenzie is also Chairman of the Goldfields Esperance Development Commission (G.E.D.C).


				Leigh Junk, Director since 2004 & a member of the Credit Committee. Leigh is an Executive Director and 50% owner of Donegal Resources Pty Ltd, a private mining company based in Kambalda W.A, which he co founded in 2000 to purchase the Miitel block of leases in Kambalda from WMC.
